I use a old bulk tank it's the round horizontal type maybe 150 to 200 gallons use the agitator to mix the milk, I also cut off the compressor and hook those lines to my hot water heater to move hot water through the cooling coils in the tank, i only use that when i'm starting calves to keep the milk warm. Stainless steel cleans up great.
