Texas Panhandle | I do not agree that you generally "get what you pay for". 40 x 125 = $5,000. Sounds like a broker line... Would be true for handful of folks tho...
What do you do when the "broker" give you wrong advice? Yeah I know they just help you "understand and bounce ideas around".
You can do that at the coffee shop/friends house/family/partners/NAT.
I have also been trading with Grain Hedge and on the RJO platform for a few years also and it works well.
They are also happy to answer a few questions once in a while.
