The only way to get a feel is to split the planter with the same bean treated and untreated.
A few years ago i did what you are talking about, treated allmy pioneer beans and all my channel beans were untreated...
Didnt learn a darn thing...
But for some reason i treated all of them the next year, including ilevo and it was a huge money maker.
You are far enough south you might not see the benefits of seed treatment as much as us farther north.
But for our farm it seems to be a pretty good payback, especially when we are continually lowering our planting populations. The lower the planting population the more likely the seed treatments will pay, same with early planting imo. | |
