Options in my mind are short term solutions
unless your selling them then time is on your side.

Saying that I'm still wrestling with grain options.
Stock easy peasy grain not so much.

For the ones above.
You can chart anything even options and what they
are going for. You can also watch the price spread
etc.

New tech allows you to watch the buyers and sellers
and put in a sell or bid at x price.

Options
All rely on the Greeks.
I like theta but the Greeks are also
priced on volatility and many other factors
so even if your right in options you can still be
wrong because of the Greeks.

Options in my opinion is to do things at a fraction
of cost and exposure (unless your selling).

Just to magin up on grains for me would be at least
$1000 a contract. Buy a call or put= no margin.

Love stock options
whole grain deal has got me perplexed.
Straight buy or sell a contract best way.

Spreads can go wacky with Greeks if held a long
period.
I love the idea of selling options just don't like
the return in grains vs risk.

Stock options where it's at.

Poor side of tracks etc
Sad part is margin can be margined.
Then u can get in really deep
