Kirksville, Mo | Go to Home Depot, and get some Plumbers Tape. Take a pair of tin snips, and cut in in 3 hole lengths, fold them in half, and use a 1 1/4 inch torx screw thru the two holes( they will line up) into the post. You cut a bunch at home watching TV at night, and be ready to go, and its cheap. They also make these if need to hold wire down with a lot of pressure http://www.bigheelfasteners.com/
