| I've had to replace the rubber diaphragm at least once, possibly twice. Simple job. Last time I replaced it the diaphragm was still available from our local GMC dealer but that was a while back.
Attached is the page from the parts manual. A couple part numbers apply to your truck depending on axle. P/N 3847058 for 65-74 trucks with Bendix 374451 or P/N 3874330 for 66-74 trucks, all ex. 16,000-lb. axle.
