North of London | Many good suggestions already.
you did not mention if you have kids along or not.
Kids would enjoy the Science Centre and also the Toronto Zoo.
The fort at Niagara on the lake was mentioned as well as Brocks Monument at Queenston Heights and if you are into history and maybe the War of 1812 there is a fort at Fort Erie just across from Buffalo at the end of Lake Erie that has staff in period costumes and descriptions of what happened there when the US attacked the fort and the powder magazine blew up.
The drive all along the Niagara river is a pleasant experience with many chances to stop and slow down you trip.
And if you decide to visit Ontario and not go to Toronto and Niagara we have lots of other things to see and do.
Enjoy your trip.
i always get the first enjoyment from researching what we will do. | |
