Interstate 35 North ia | we had 2 guys back in the 6600 - 815 days that were combining across the road from one another , The guy in the 6600 wasn't dumping his hopper all the way , just getting it below the screen so that Jim across the road couldn't see it . So Bernie , the guy in the 6600 would have to pull out and drive to the wagons plum full and Jim could make a round easily . So after about 3 rounds with Jim getting out of the combine every round and looking every thing over , he finally went to the house and didn't come back till Bernie got done . Wish i could have been there when Jim was told what Bernie did .
One fall we went to a 4-H soup supper and Jims wife showed up with out Jim . Some one asked her where Jim was and her reply was , Last time i saw him he was under the combine talking to God !!! | |
