From some of the test results I've seen this low pro 16 HRW is actually baking better than expected. Don't get me wrong it's still low pro and thus will carry heavy discounts but an argument can be made that the mills and bakery's are doing better than what they may be leading on. Oh and did I forget to mention we are swimming in it!!
