Marion County, IL. | I will be the odd guy out and throw out the big dog brand. I had an exmark front runner I had bought used. Had nothing but issues with it, kept eating bearings on the drive shaft. Took shafts to machinist and they were straight, did everything I could to keep those bearing in. It had little under five hundred hours on it when I got it. Loved the mower just like others have said, I have about seven or eight acres and when it is time to mow I don't want to be wrenching on the mower. I traded it for the biggest big dog they had with the air rid seat. I have always had a 60" deck and that was what I wanted. Salesmen made me try the 72 Demo. Loved it. I mowed tall stuff along field road and yard. Wasn't big on the gas but after I ran that thing it was awesome. They are made in Kansas I think, super simple and seem to be built like a tank with a pretty impressive warranty. Just to through another name out there. | |
