We have a z970.  Good mower.  Get the better seat.  $12k is about right on price.  We like ours, but it does burn through the fuel.  I had one of the employees mow about 15 acres of newly seeded coastal hay 2 years ago because it would never dry up enough to run over it with a batwing.  He ran through it in a half day.  It almost looked like a golf course!  We normally just mow around my shop and two houses with it, takes little time to cover some ground.
