Clark, SD | Honestly, if you feel the need to buy land I would buy it but instead of farming rent it out. Your return on the land is going to be much better for the time being and you also know that there is a sure income from it. Another farmer around here bought a quarter last fall and rented it out to someone else to farm. That way you do not need to buy any equipment and are still working towards your goal, and then when prices turn around look at your options. | |
