I wish you the best and hope your farming operation is successful. On the other hand, IRA and sheltered retirement funds cannot be seized if you go bankrupt!
But they're the first thing to be seized if the country goes bankrupt.
Do you believe land will be safe if the country goes bankrupt?
An individual never really owns 100% of their land, even if it's 100% paid for. If it got to the point of seizing sheltered retirement funds, land will be seized too. Neither will be safe.
