we have about 1/4" ice on most surfaces, raining off and on, not getting any additional buildup temp varies between 31-33.
Radar shows ice, but looks to be changing to rain soon and probably for the rest of the duration.
Nothing like the dire predictions for the past week.
Our local hwy dept had ~200,000 tons of salt & 200,000 tons of sand on hand - I think they used it all yesterday, many places you could hardly see the pavement, NO ICE on the roads though :>) | |
