Around here the guides charge around $200 per gun per day and pay the farmer around $25 per day. That seems to be the going rate here. I know some farmers the guides paid over 10k a year at $25 per gun. They often bring groups of 8.
It seems lopsided but the guides have a lot of costs of their own.
