two things that will help the 8 speed is boost the trans pump pressure to 195 hot oil and use the 10 micron ar 94510 filters. clean oil is a plus and the higher pressure helps avoid slippage.there is an adjustment for speed or aggressiveness of shift on the bottom side of the clutch valve you can adjust to your liking.
