Frytown, Iowa | What's concerning is this is the 3rd year of these rumors... it doesn't have to be a huge loss... it's the multiple years of grinding losses that really get to a guy. And that's what it's going to take to get Midwest rental rates/ land price to come down... hopefully this outcome is that mentalities in Ag change before lending availability changes... spending brakes get put on and loans paid off before cut off.
