In the mountains, the precip is coming as rain for the most part. The rain is melting the existing snow pack rather then building snow pack. There are not enough reservoirs in CA to store the needed water. CA relies on snow pack melt to recharge the reservoirs in the summer.

So, basically, all this moisture is harming them, and running out to the ocean anyways

Western Hay is already priced through the floor.
