Haven't had to deal with SCA yet but we keep expecting them to migrate here since they've been treated almost on our doorstep. Seems as though everyone says that the only chemicals that work are in that $15+ applied range. On top of that they only work for a 2 to 3 week period so early application almost guarantees repeat trips. All of this is from info I've gathered rather than dealt with first hand so take it for what it's worth. Keep in mind that milo yields in the 40+ range here are considered a success.
