I would personally put my money into a pole shed. Price out materials for a building minus the sidewalls and get a local builder or some buddies to help put it up. Come back with the sidewalls as budget allows. Once trusses were set and braced up square we finished the last 3 buildings ourselves and saved a bunch of money over one of the big name builders.
