Don't know anything about it.
Sounds like tying themselves to endusers pretty tightly? That can be a problem in down ecconomies, as we are seeing. Works well on the way up.... Such tight input & output contracting can be difficult when the wheels fall off, if you locate yourself where there are few other options?
