If your at -45 spot than I would agree you likely will not see a positive Basis this summer. My question pertains to here, tho and not there. I am looking for a 20 cent swing in the positive area on basis.
What was your June/July Basis high last year? I was +25 here. Perhaps that's a better way to compare.
