Subject: I'm not going to sell below $4.00

I have contracts for 67% of what's in the bin.. as well as 40% for next year.. all over $4.00 futures.

I'm not going to part with anything for less.. If I don't get an opportunity to sell anymore this year.. I'll just roll any overage from this year and deliver on new crop contracts.. what I've been doing a little bit the last couple of years.

Newsome on DTN.. might be a little optimistic.. but has a 1.5 byn carryout penciled in.. either way with corn acres headed down and currently below cop.. odds are there are better opportunities in 2017 or 2018 for higher prices.. I want to go INTO the next short crop with my bins full of unpriced grain..

"Spread the valley's.. fill the peaks."

I suspect that one way or another that is most everyone else's plans also.. "Store the carryout.. you bet!"

Maize would probably lock in the carry... might do some more of that..??

We got rallies coming at some point.. just have to hang in there till they come..
