Subject: Re: wheel tile trencher vs tile plow

nebraska
My thoughts have always been that it acts like a big ripper too, and the contractors whith wheel machines around here do really run the idea down. I do not know anybody that has a tile plow so thanks for all the response. I think both of them have to smear the ground a bit just to get through the dirt. What does blind the tile with top soil mean? I woukld sure hate to do it the wrong way and have it not work. I am looking at letting the contractor put in the main line and the I would do the rest over time because I could not put 10 inch tile through the plow.
