If "a person" has the 2 micron size filters on the diesel tanks now recommended for biofuel by some suppliers, as they get loaded up, they eventually won't shut off for us. Working on getting a 10 micron to 2 micron setup on tanks, or else prefilter on tractor of some sort as previously mentioned. Brother warned me about problem earlier as flow gets low enough that shutoff doesn't work.
