Ask him what the 15% I paid back in the 80's was? If this is too high, that was extortion on the highest possible level.
+1. When Dad retired, a few asked him why now when farming is doing so well? He said "If it wasn't for the first few good years during the 70's when I started, I wouldn't have made it through the 80's."
We're coming off some good times in ag, and if the hole is already deep, don't expect a miracle.
