Interesting stuff!

Not quite 20 questions, but I have a few.

 What size row's are they........Looks like 30's, but me eye's could be playing tricks.

 How do they produce seed? Better yet, how is it harvested?

 What (how long) is the growing season?

 Do you lift the actual beet?

Sorry for the ???? Im in sugar country here, but all I know about the seed is it comes in little white boxes.
