You need to look under the other column for the new exemptions.

     MAP-21 Exceptions

Drivers of covered farm vehicles are not required to be medically certified. The driver cannot transport products for-hire or transporting placardable hazardous materials.  

A covered farm vehicle is described as:

A CDL is not required for drivers of covered farm vehicles after October 1, 2012 under the following conditions. GVWR >26,001 lbs can operate anywhere within the State the vehicle is registered, GVWR >26,001 lbs operating in State(s) other than the registered State are limited to 150 air mile radius from the farm or ranch. The vehicle cannot be used in for-hire operation. The exception does not apply to vehicles required to be placarded for hazardous
