Alberta Canada | I am running this with a NAV II, if you can find a good used one you will be fine. There is nothing a NAV III can do that a NAV II can't including NextSwath. And I have heard from Trimble that this system will "unofficially" work with a FMX/FM1000 and 2050 which includes NextSwath. If you are at any trade shows and Trimble is there with a demo for the AutoPilot Motordrive it is probably running on a 2050.
P-Gain and deadzone are settings you can play with to fine tune the steering performance. I can't remember off hand as I calibrated my tractor last spring but with this system deadzone might be called freeplay like the EZ-Pilot system. | |
