I run a Autopilot Motor drive and it acts just like Autopilot hydraulic. You can engage it a 0 mph. Now whether or not your tractor will steer very well at that speed is a different question. You would most likely has to play with the gain and deadzone to make it work that slow.


That is the news I was hoping for. Somebody told me that it most likely would work as you say from 0.0 mph up but wasn't a 100 % sure. He also told me that I would need a NAV3 controller, can you confirm that ? These things are quite expensive and want to know for sure that it's going to work for me before I invest in that controller.
What do you mean by playing with the gain and dead zone ?
