Detroit. Yes Gren River Rd. Sam Nickey built it in the early seventies. Farm was originally founded as Nickey Eason Plantation . They cleared and milled timer farms commercially in the thirties and forties. We've owned it since '93
I've never spent much time down there but on occasion I'll ride through. Usually make the CGB meetings at Bonds. I'd make pretty much any meeting there just for the catfish!
Is the guy from Miissouri still farming Ragland? I saw they threw up a pile of pivots this past year on the place. I'd love to have that farm but they priced themselves out of the local guys price range it seems.
