Here's my homemade remover. There is a hole in the top plate (hidden by the aluminum piece in pic) slightly larger than the diameter of the kingpin for it to come up through. I have since added a little reinforcement to the top plate. Works great. Only problem is I have now done kingpins in every truck I own so I don't need it anymore lol. Guess it's time to buy more trucks.
