Air hammer, 10# maul. Spicer axle? If you have both retainers out and the end cap, pound it down through. Look on the bright side, your axle isn't so worn out it falls out. Oh- try turning the knuckle each way if it still isn't going, they get worn funny. Come to think of it, maybe try rocking it too.
