Central Ga | IMO you need to ask a lawyer. Sounds like you have already closed on the property. Have a discussion with the closing attorney. Did you not have a sales contract that specified who got the panels for instance. I would think they could be considered personal property and not part of the farm. The panels could be looked at the same as a tractor or combine. Just my opinion. CALL A LAWYER. | |
