It's hard to come up with gifts in a world where when someone wants something they just go out and buy it.  Heck, I even have a hard time giving people ideas, this year I did good though, I had a few things I wanted when asked since they don't take nothing for an answer.  I like/hate gift cards.  To me they don't make much sense.  You give someone a $25 gift card to somewhere, and in turn, they give you a $25 gift card to somewhere else.  In a sense, why even have an exchange?  It's like me giving you $25 and you taking $25 out of your pocket and giving it to me.
