One big difference though. I bet you wouldn't go into work if they told you your pay was a negative amount. Nor do you have millions tied up in your tools to do your job....... Yes its all part of a important chain but some times the scenarios are different. Your car parts probably are for one manufacturer who has contracted for a long term to insure profit or you wouldnt be there in the first place. I want a 10 year contract on my grain at a profit level (contract) then I could pay myself a salary and I am small fry compared to the OP and others on this forum. At no point am I disrespecting any one in the chain as I am probably more dependent than any one else on this forum on the chain the way my business is structured
