HeyhayJCM - 12/16/2016 16:32

I have a 185 robot and love it.

you actually broke a boom XIX? when I bought mine they had a lifetime warranty on the boom.(transferable to any new owner) Not sure Wether or not the new ones are still that way.

we lease new Cat skidsteers as well, but I'd still rather run the old JCB. They are actually coming out with a new telescoping boom skid loader this year. dealer showed me pics of it yesterday and it looks pretty friggin cool!

The only thing I hate about JCB is their parts prices.

We didn't break it, but when we were done the left side of the bucket would touch the ground and the right was still 6" high. She had a good twist to her. Never heard if they twisted it back or replaced it. Tearing out 8-12" concrete w/ rebar is hard on anything, even harder on single booms, but he said work it hard. We should be the torture test for equipment, these guys could break anything. Our bobcat rep had never seen anyone snap both main lift cylinders either.
