Eastern Iowa | I bought a uninsulated 70x100x20 Star building three years ago and three of us built it ourselves, with a little outside help here and there. It took a while to get it done but the cost savings were huge over a post or stick built shed on foundation at the time. Bought a SkyTrak and still had a good chunk left over comparing to Morton, Lester. One of my smarter decisions.
An insulated shop might be different, though. Quite a bit more to that. But also possible your labor savings would be even greater. | |
