Make sure you're comparing apples to apples. We had quotes on a steel building that were much lower than a pole building. The steel building had paint warranties that were pretty well non-existent. Just check into the details. We ended up with an 81x160x18 FS (Walters) pole building on a full foundation and have been very happy.
