With the Pluribus you could mix the 10-34-0 in the strip for immediate use and availability but not excess salt and place the 28% down one side behind the RH or LH coulter.

We are coming out with a new tube for the LH coulter which will leave the fertilizer in one spot along one side of the strip not mixed but 4-5" deep and covered. I used this system myself this past spring, put all N as 28% down in the strip a day before planting. I would not do this with a knife based system in the spring.
