Oregon | "4. For guys that run a grapple or other hydraulic attachment on a 158, do they make steel lines to neatly run up to the front of the loader line for the lift and bucket functions or do you just have to run hoses up there?"
Section 45 of the 158 parts book has an illustration of a pair of steel lines and all connections for what is described as "Grapple / Haystacker Hydraulics."

I think that may be what you are looking for.
If that link doesn't work, send me an email and I'll email you a screen shot of the parts page.
edit: I think your existing return port at the filter will work fine. I just bought a 4320 with a 158 loader and it is plumbed just like that with what looks like factory parts (there is a port is cast into the filter housing as illustrated by 4WD). I don't understand why Deere doesn't just return at the zero pressure return plug on the back of the diff housing instead of routing down to the filter. Post pounders use the back port and it seems like it would be easier to access for a loader block return than the filter housing.
edit #2- Mirada Acres may have just answered my question. Thanks.
