Subject: RE: JD 3 function loader valve install questions for Soundguard tractors

Between Omaha and Des Moines, 7 miles South of I80

Quote:

My Dad used to pull a 16 row 7200 planter with this and he probably returned the vacuum motors through there.

My question is: Do you think that modified hydraulic filter cap/housing could do any damage to its inside filter, with the amount of volume that a loader could "dump" verses the small amount of oil that is required to operate a planter's vacuum motor ? = (planters have small orifices inside the planter's hyd. adjustment control, for vacuum, so I know it isn't going to be anywhere near the volume of oil verses if someone drops the loader's boom with a bunch of weight in its bucket, with oil flowing thru 1/2" hoses.)
