All I will say is, the position of that joy stick does not look good. Think where the regular hyd levers are. Then look were the JS is. Plus its in front of the shift lever ? Looks really awkward to get to. Maybe you are 6' 8" and it will work for you, don't know.  If it were me, I'd try and put it back closer to the hyd levers some how.  ??  I see the directions have it there, but not sure I would do it.
