I have all of the grease and oil off but still have weeks of sanding and prep to do.  Any recommendations on a good DA sander or other tools I should utilize?

My biggest need I can see in the near future is buying clear plastic film to make a paint booth in the corner of the shop(cannot have drift).  I have it figured where I can hang the plastic to cover the 4 sides, ceiling and floor.  The area is 16'x16' and 20' high, which figures to be at least 1,536 square foot of film I will need.  Does anyone have any suggestions on a brand or supplier of rolls of plastic that fold out to a large area?  I understand these films are not cheap but I hope to use this booth for several projects down the road.  It may cost an arm and a leg so the more reasonable the better.  Any advice is appreciated, thanks.
