nebraska | Big iron does a lien search on everything that sells, (they may not always find the liens but they try)the items they can't get a release for are pulled before they list them,
Auction time has no lien searchs on anything they sell! Buyer beware if you buy from them and there is a lien and someone comes looking for their money or the item,, wife works at the main big iron office here,, she does lien and title work,. In the last 12 months or so there have been quite a few trying to sell without disclosing the liens,,,. | |
