Newfane NY | York. Is the Cabbage Steem {stem} fly the same thing we call Swede Midge aka Gall Midge? That is our newest cabbage pest....as Cornell says..."It will ruin the cabbage industry in New York" We have very little of it on this farm. I did some tissue samples on cabbage this year and I was sure surprised by the results. Low on copper, boron and zinc. Added them thru the sprayer and got noticeable results. Any other new cabbage ideas the Germans are using? John | |
