...behind moving business off shore is absurd. It is just the most effective aspect to blame. It holds the most clout with the public.

 Even if there were a, lets use a fictitious "world minimum wage", and the manufacturer had to pay the very same wage off shore in converted currency, as the American worker, they would still move off shore if everything were left the same.
