Subject: Re: Ever Have a Cop Let You Go?

Central Illinois
High School classmate got pulled over running very hard one night. Cop asked what the hurry was and he said he absolutely had to get home for a daily constitutional. Got off without even a warning. Funniest thing was this guy was always in trouble and known by the law.

Funnier story. Dad is in the W900 with cattle trailer on a two lane running about 70. Gets pulled over, young state cop asks what's the hurry? Tells him that he has a colonoscopy the next morning and has to get home to start the clean out meds. Which was all true. Cop says "What's wrong with you? My dad just had one. You'd better get going and take care of that. But slow down" Told Dad I never want to be asked to help pay his speeding tickets while trucking again.
