I keep a tally, I have been pulled over for speeding 14 times, from 5 over to 45 over (that coulda been bad--racing stories as someone else mentioned), 1 written warning and 1 ticket that went on diversion. In state, state out of state, don't matter. The diversion the cop was nice, 72 in a 60 and he wrote it for 70 so if my diversion got declined it would not go toward my insurance (county ordinance), I tell everyone the same thing, and I mean it, I will try and get out of speeding tickets BUT when I get one, I will pay it, smile and go on.
Lots of run ins with the DOT moving combines, generally if you are decent they are decent. Not always though. |
