I would avoid Mille Lacs this year because it seems to have turned into the dead sea. My cousin pretty much lives in his fish house on the south end and hasn't hardly caught anything this year. If you want to go in mn i would recommend lake of the woods (should catch something) or I enjoy going to nodak lodge on lake winnie (winnibigoshish).
